The former M.O.V. now C.S.X.-T is located in the 28' by24' basement of David C. Stout Parkersburg West Virginia. The railroad is triple decked with three yards and a branch line. The main yard of the modeled portion is at Steelton WV, on the main line form Cincinnati east to connelsville and north to Erie PA. It also handles all the traffic on the Coburn sub. The layout is point to point or can be run in a loop if need be. The Cobrun sub, meets the main at Coburn yard. The Cobrun sub ends at Fairmont W.V. staging yard. Trains never run throughthe same scene twice. Power for the layout is M.R.C. prodigy DCC.
